The Atascadero Greyhound Foundation was founded in 1994 as the Greyhound Athletic Foundation to fund facilities and programs for students at Atascadero High School. It succeeded in coordinating the construction of an all-weather track, snack bar, and restrooms at Atascadero High School as part of a $1.5 million renovation.
We have grown, and continue to give because of the generous donors, sponsors and participants of our events. The majority of our support comes from donors and sponsors. Our events are a benefit to the community in healthy activity — either athletically, musically, educationally, or in the fight against addiction. Our support comes from generous donors and sponsors.
